8 Week Challenge!

THIS CHALLANGE HAS ALREADY STARTED. I am offering the weight training program and nutritional guidlines at a discounted price. Just because you didn’t sign up in time for the challenge, doesn’t mean that you can’t do it on your own time!


This challenge includes:

  • 8 week training program
  • Nutrition guidelines
  • Accountablity group access (not included after challenge start date)
  • Direct contact with me! (not included after challenge start date)

This 8 week challenge is one you do not want to miss! Train alongside myself and others in this all-in training and nutrition program. You will be provided with a full 8 week training program (includes lifts and cardio sessions), nutritional guidelines and be a part of an accountability group chat with myself and everyone else that joins!

The training program will be progressed over an 8 week period. Progressive overload is the name of the game. You will need access to a full gym. You can definitely regress and choose alternate movements but for the most part you will need everything a full gym has to offer. You have freedom in choosing your cardio modalities and exercise variations.

The nutritional guidelines provides you with non-negotiables to follow throughout your 8 weeks: A food list, do’s and dont’s and an example of a full day of eating! We are NOT measuring, tracking or weighing food. We are choosing to eat nutrient dense foods and fuel our bodies in order to achieve optimal recovery.

Once purchased, you will be added to the accountability group where you will be able to ask more questions and talk with myself and the others that sign up! We can share words of encouragement, videos, photos, recipes.. Anything and everything! I want to create a community so we can grind through this as one. We are in this together!

Are you interested in doing only one or the other? No problem! You will still get sent all the info and be a part of the accountability group. Just choose the part you want to follow and commit to it!

Just because I am not requiring you to track your weight, does not mean you can’t weigh and measure yourself throughout your journey! Use any metric you have to measure your progress.

Further instruction and all of the documents will be emailed to you immediately after purchasing! This will be hard and you will be tested, but I can guarantee you, you will not regret it once we get to the other side together. Who’s with me?!
