Hypertrophy Program

This program is designed to help you increase your muscle size. You do need access to a full gym. This program is designed for intermediate and advanced lifters. The rep range is higher and requires sets to failure or as I list in the workouts: “Max”. In order to build muscle, one must train HARD. I strategically increase the volume each week so that you are progressively overloading for the full 8 weeks. There will be 5 sessions per week: 2 lower, 2 upper, and 1 upper/lower accessory day. The movements stay the same for each session for the entire 8 weeks. Feel free to contact me with any questions.
